I have a eagle talon tsi, & my car battery is in the trunk. I'm wondering is it okay to put a subwoofer back there, if my battery in my trunk to.

The only issue with having a sub in proximity to another part of your system is attaching an amp to the subwoofer itself on high grade subs, the vibration can break the small wires in the amp. I've seen a "18 solo x in the back of a 93 civic with it's second battery in the back with it and it was fine obviously if your battery is falling apart and isn't a no maintenance battery (any battery newer then 1980 pretty much) then it might be a problem of spilling acid in your trunk or losing water from your lead oxide battery. if the battery is good there's no problem even if they're touching.
