Try to pick a theme. If you like the girly look, get pink seat covers and a pretty air freshener to hang... I've seen crystal lookin ones, high heeled shoes.

I like Hawaii stuff, so I got seat covers that had hawaii style flowers and tiki masks and I had a little wooden tiki guy air freshener.

What I like to put in a girl's car to fancy it up is a pink velvet dash cover, pink floor mats, a big fin on the back (pink, of course), pink bobblehead chihuahua, pink steering wheel cover, pink shifter knob, pink seat covers and pink window tint. Then what I'd do is shave all of my body hair and lay outside in the sun until I turned pink. Then, I would hide naked in that girl's pink car so that I was camouflaged and could spy on her and her friends. Maybe if I was lucky, I could even get sat on. I'd like that. Pink is neat.
