wow, the crappy answers ppl give amazes me. what you will need is a 1" speaker adapter and attach those to the doors in the most flat spot possible. then cut the inner area of the door that lies within those new speaker rings. if there is metal of the door in the way, cut it out as well. then you will have to run speaker wire thru the door jambs into the dash to the radio. any questions? let me know

Having a hard time trying to understand what you are saying about the car, but in order to get 6" speakers into your vehicle, you will likely have to put them in the front doors. You will need to cut a hold in the metal of the door and probably design and make your own build-out to insure that the speaker does not obstruct the window. Repeat this on both sides. TIP: Purchase a set of 6" separates and use the factory 4" opening to mount the tweeters.

Are you specific you do no longer choose to attend till the following day just to work out once you are going to do from now on punching?? *wink* yet once you're specific the trend has surpassed, you're able to do 2 issues. One...... save punching (consequently relieving greater rage) and then take a observed or maybe out a fantastic establishing interior the cabinet which you would be able to now fill with glass so as which you presently have a see via cabinet. ORRRR you ought to repair it via getting some stiff particle board and then prepare a super number of timber puddy around the full...... enable it dry....... sand it..... stain it..... and voila! you're mounted. right this is hoping not greater punching would be needed. ;)

wind the window down take the trim off see if there is enough room to mount in another position, making sure the speaker doesnt interfear with the window action, sometimes the speaker is too deep...lower left or right sides usually have good sized openings to get to the winding mechanisms etc...if not use 4inch grinder and cut to suit...it sounds as if your wanting to mount top i would use smaller again and use tweeters and pair of 6 in lower doors and 15 sub in rear and big amp....doof

It somnds lke you're going to fight against the window opening and closing if you do this....

There is a company called schoche industries (I believe I found them through crutchfield.com) and they have all sorts of odd adapters and fasteners and things to help with odd installations like this.

My advice would be relocate the 6 inchers to a more feasable location and settle for the best 4 inchers you can find.

(this saves you the hassle of modifying the door frame and losing window up-and-down ability)

Either cram them in there with brute force..or... live with the 4" speakers.

Just get more speakers and put them where ever they will fit...On the back seat..ect.
