Your answer is vague, as you have mentioned both "DVD-RW" and "cd" which are two different things.

I think you meant to use the word "disc" instead of "cd". I will assume I am correct.

It is highly UNLIKELY that your stereo will play DVD-RW as it would need to be a top end machine to do this, and not many do.

You can post the model number, and someone could google and check for you.

Read the specifications for the machine.

a) make sure it can play mp3.

b) See the list of discs it can play CD-R, CD-RW etc etc and see if DVD-RW is on the list.

Simple as that.

in case you have controlled to place 50 tracks on one CD, then you definately burned an MP3 disc and not a classic audio disc. opportunities are high your mom's cd participant does not play MP3 CD's. besides, no longer all automobile cd gamers can play CD-RW discs, so despite in case you burn it lower back as an audio disc, it ought to no longer play. you are able to desire to purchase universal CD-R discs and burn it as an audio CD (finding on the size of the songs, you will likely basically greater healthful around 12-15 songs in line with CD)

Try it to find out. It's a re-writable so if it doesn't work, you can reuse the disk later.
