Even if you had some sort of adapter that converted USB to a stereo audio output, how would you select your songs? I doubt your pen drive has a "play" button.

You should just buy a cheap MP-3 player and transfer your songs to that.

Is your radio stock or after market? Like Pioneer or Sony?? IF it's an aftermarkter, take the radio out and see if there's a USB port in the back. If so, all you have to do is buy a USB cable and run it out. IF it's stock.... that's going to be a problem. There is a cable that has a USB and AUX on both ends. Check Radio Shack. But... it might not do anything. I could also be wrong. Good luck!

there is no such thing. usb is a digital data transfer. those standard head phone jacks only carry analog signals. and usp has 5 separate wires. an aux cable has 3. impossible to make it work.
