hey guys. i was wondering if you knew of any head units that have A LOT of speaker/subwoofer options in the software but dont bother with anything like HD radio, or pandora. Color changing options would be GREAT. I'm looking into jvc, http://car-audio-review.toptenreviews.com/jvc-kd-a615-review.html . This seems perfect for me but idk about the options for speakers or the sound. The reason i'm buying a head unit is because my stock one is so shitty and i have 2000W speakers i'd love to mess with. again: Best speaker options/equalizer, no BS like pandora and any buttons that will answer calls.

Keefer, that headunit does NOT have 6-channel output. It has 3 pair of 4V RCA preouts. Front, Rear and Subwoofer. 4.1 audio. It's the norm.

First off, the wouldn't put much stock into that "top 10" website you linked to. They have a headunit made by Boss in their top 10, scoring a 9.4 out of 10 at that. Everything Boss makes is cheap swap meet garbage. Ask anyone in car audio for yourself. Second, they rate the "installation" of the headunit. THEY'RE ALL EXACTLY THE SAME! They give it points for being "DIN sized"?!?! Newsflash, every headunit is DIN or double-DIN sized! That website was written by a friggin moron.

It's tough to get a high-end headunit with many audio options (multi-band EQ, time alignment, High and Low Pass crossovers, etc) but yet not have HD Radio or Pandora options. All those extra features are included on higher-end headunits. It's like asking for power windows, but not power locks. It comes with the package man. I recommend the Pioneer DEH-P7400HD. $125 shipped from Amazon. Extremely tough to beat, especially at that price.

HD Radio works exactly like a normal FM tuner. You won't have to do anything different. You won't even know you're using it, other than having more clear FM stations. No reason not to have it if it's included. And the display and buttons can change to any color you want. You can even have it scroll through all of them if you're into that disco color scheme.

Boss 612UA MP3-Compatible Digital Media AM/FM Receiver Works good streaming Pandora off of my phone. It gets loud enough too and actually gets really loud but my speakers suck so they can't handle it without distorting. The only complaint I have is the clock. I can't figure out how to keep it showing at all times. I also couldn't figure out how to change the minutes but could change the hour so I just waited until it was x:00 so I could change the time.

With Kenwood you'll be losing lots of volume less than you have now, Since you have a loud system go with Pioneer decks more volume, deep equalizer an CEA complaint.

actual it relies upon on the form of ractory stereo you have already got on your impala. in case you have the only that shows vehicle info tjen the deploy equipment won't in any respect be under $30. for that tye stereo you want a particular adapter cable. it is superb to leave specific jobs to the specialists. and this my stable chum must be left to the specialists. purely ask lots of questions from the corporate merchandising the pinnacle unit. they might especially lots answer any question you acquire.
