What does error 23 mean on a Pioneer Car Stereo when trying to play an MP3 CD?

Trying to play a cd with MP3 on it. It says Error 23. Is there something specific that I need to do when burning the CD.

Just in case someone else has this issue, when making a CD with MP3's be sure to use the ISO9660 format, not UDF that most programs default to. Made three coasters before I realized what I've been doing, made the change and all good.
