Kenwood CD Magazine stuck inside the CD auto changer.?

Question

I can't eject the cd magazine from the cd auto changer Kenwood KDC-C717 (car radio model is KRC-758R). I get an E-99 error message and when I try to eject the cd magazine I only hear a noise but nothing happens.

According to the info that I can find. This is what the error code means.



E-99: Changer malfunction, disc may be caught in machine or changer requires service.



I would call around to local car audio shops and see if any of them will open up the changer and clean it out. Chances are it's just something gumming up a micro switch,
