There can't be a best sub woofer. There are many different applications and goals people have when using a sub woofer. Do you want loud, or best sound quality? What kind of car do you have? What type of enclosure will you use? What type of music do you listen to? The best thing to do is listen to as many setups as you can and pick one that you enjoy the most.
