Hi,
I intend to buy peugeot 307 very soon. I like my music to be crisp and clear. It does not have to be too loud as long as the sound is high quality therefore I intend to change the speakers of the car. I have been told I might need an amplifier. I am not too good with the audio terms so please help with suggestion. Names, makes and models of speakers are welcome. I do not intend to change factory fitted radio which already has a cd player etc.

Thank you

Thank you

Check in the big places like Half*rds who keep a list of high-quality 'drop-ins' which are replacement speakers made to fit exactly in the original locations your car has its' poor-quality factory ones. These can be expensive, possibly 60 pounds or so, but well worth it. Try these before you consider an amplifier.

I get to use alot of pool cars, and i find the 206 cramped and terrible to sit in, the pedals are really far forward and the seat won't adjust for it. The 307 is very good and the engine it great, it has a good punch but it runs out of puff quickly. The astra is much lighter and has far superior handling, the roof is the best out of the 3 and is the fastest without loosing economy, its built better too.

Check out Infinity Speakers. They are quite reasonable and have fantastic sound. If you are replacing speakers check out what size they are as you should be able to get ones to fit in exactly where the old ones were.
