I have Sirius Sportster Replay and I have to turn up my volume all the way on the car radio and on the Sirius receiver and it is still not loud. When I turn back to the regular radio it definitely is much louder than when I use the satellite radio. Does anyone know why or experience the same thing and have any ideas how to fix this?

You can adjust the volume on the unit itself. Go under settings then you will find audio levels.. Adjust that higher if you like and you shold not have to have your radio as loud.

I don't have Sirius, but I may have one suggestion.

Maybe your receiver has a "volume lock," for lack of a better word. Sometimes radios come with these things to keep the listener from turning it up so loud that they damage their ears. Maybe your volume lock is engaged, and the receiver doesn't realize that it has locked at a low volume. Maybe check your manual and see if this is a feature, and if so, how to turn it off.
