kid what are you talking about honestly??

number one what kind of amp do you have??

you have rms power ranging from 400-5k WTF??? to get a 2k rms amp that is semi decent u have to drop over 200$ ( i own an aq2200 cost me 250 used!!!!!)

number two what kind of trunk space do you have??

you going from dual 12" to 1 18" what the hell choose the right size you caant always fit an 18" and sometiems 2 12" will need too much space horizontal

number three

what the hell is your price range keep in mind u need

amp

woofer

box

wiring

fuses

and also possibly

performace alternator

extra batteries

i mean common give a price range

number 4

are you gonig for sql or spl

bc the pioneer wil sound better but most of those kickers will hit louder

and dont even look at that jbl crap

i would say memphis if you have the money for their higher end woofers

figure all that out and then come back to me and ill help you

inktownlegend is right. You need to setup a budget, then find how much airspace you're willing to lose plus find out how much you want to spend on your electrical system. You have a long way to go so I suggest you get off of yahoo answers and do some MAJOR research.

better help could be had on the car audio forums.

agree with beaner

your question is too broad

what are you trying to spend, $1000-$1500 or $3000-$5000

how much room do you have, truck, car or suv

do you already have an amp

are you willing to upgrade your entire charging system (the kicker setup is extreme)

first step is deciding your price range

second step is deciding your RMS wattage range

third step is choosing brands
