I have a Kenwood cd deck too, and also it is sirius ready. now what you need is a sirius sat tuner for kenwood get the signal and connect it to the kenwood unit.

The sirius modules that connect to your kenwood deck will cost about $100 anywhere you look.

Plus, if you don't have a good display window on your kenwood deck you may get frustrated with how it displays the song/artist titles

I have a plug and play sirius radio and I hooked up the car kit to my Alpine radio with an aux cable. I get good sound quality and the display is great. and as a bonus, I bought the $50 home kit and can now listen to Sirius in my room too.

This all depends on whether or not your deck has an aux input and how much that cable costs. Most plug and play radios have an FM transmitter built in, but it never sounds completely static free.
