I have entered the wrong code in my Escort stereo, In have the correct code but my stereo is now locked. Help?

You have a few choices.



1) Sometimes disconnecting the vehicles battery for 1 minute and reconnecting will allow you to enter the correct code.



2) This is wierd one that sometime works. Remove the stereo and put in your freezer overnight. Refit to car the next day.



3) Most good car audio dealers will have an unlocking service. They will want proof that you have not stolen the unit!

Call the manufacturer or some sort of help line. You could have to just reset you stereo like completely unplug it from your car and it might and ask for the code.
